1) Kindly get your Cycle, Water Bottle & Helmet for the ride.

2) BCC ensures the safely of all riders, However, BCC will not be responsible for any accident, injuries or any other physical damage. All possible help will be provided.

3) Though there is no charge/fee to join this Gala Ride, nominal charges like entry fees to locations, travel charges, if any, will be shared by every participant on actual cost.

4) Food and beverages will be on self-funding basis.

5) BCC will not be responsible for any loss or theft of belonging.

6) Commercials: Travel charges from Baroda to Tilakwada will be in a bus and expenses will be shared by each rider on the actual basis. Any other consumption of food and beverages will be on self funding basis. Travel charges of Rs. 500/- will be collected in advance.
